TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in carrying Terralite products in your shop! Please take a moment to read our Wholesale Policies. If you have any questions about wholesale ordering or account information, give us a call or email us at wholesale@terralite.com.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

Opening order minimum: $250
Reorder minimum: $250

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex) as well as Paypal.

 

TERMS

We offer NET30 terms by request. Please send a request to wholesale@terralite.com and a member of our team will assign terms to your account.

 

RESALE CERTIFICATE

In addition to your tax ID, all California businesses applying for a wholesale account will need to submit a BOE 230 Resale Certificate. If you do not have one please download the file HERE. Please fill out this form and forward it to wholesale@terralite.com

 

LEAD TIME + INVOICING

All Wholesale orders will ship within 1-5 business days from the order date.

 

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

We ship all wholesale orders via UPS or USPS for smaller quantities. Let us know if you have your own method of shipping, and would like to arrange payment and pickup. We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment.  For international shipping, Terralite has no control over delivery delays due to customs.

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We only process refund or exchange requests for orders that are short or damaged.  Requests can be made by email or phone. Please report any shortages and/or damages to Terralite within 5 business days of receipt of goods or such delivery shall be deemed accepted without conditions.  After we review your request, we will provide you with an exchange or issue you a refund. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

 

PRIVATE LABEL

We do not offer private label services however in rare cases we may be interested in partnering with eco-resorts and environmental groups.

PRODUCT CHANGES

All of our products are 100% natural but sometimes crop shortages, such as the fruit or flowers needed to make our essential oils, can affect our stock level.  If an ingredient suddenly becomes difficult to obtain, we will do what we can to find a sustainable alternative but occasionally we will need to place an item out of stock until an alternative is found.  Terralite makes every effort to provide consistency across all of our products however the use of natural ingredients may cause variations from batch to batch.

 

CONDITIONS

Buyer agrees that product purchased from Terralite will not be resold to wholesalers, distributors, jobbers, discounters, exporters and importers.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF CONDITIONS

By registering for a Wholesale Account with Terralite LLC. you agree that you are engaged in your state as a Retailer (California uses the term “Seller” for retailers in that state), and is registered with the states and cities within which your firm would deliver purchases to and that such purchases are for resale in the normal course of business.
